What inspired you into the art of tattooing?
I’ve always grown up around people who had plenty of tattoos, I loved seeing the different art everyone had on them. My mom was the biggest influence, when I was in 2nd grade she let me draw seven birds for her to get tattooed on her. When I saw that she actually got my one art on her permanently that's when I knew that I could maybe be good enough to do that same thing when I got older. Now here we are.

Tell us about your preferred style of work.
I prefer black and grey realism or micro realism; I also really enjoy tattooing animals and plant life. 

What other styles are you known for?
I am also known for I’ve done fine-line, American Traditional and neo-traditional. 

What inspires you as an artist?
I’ve always been interested in art, and it's been a huge part of my life since I was young. Before I ever started tattooing and was just drawing and painting, I would have said my biggest influence were my classmates and teachers. Now that I tattoo, I would say my colleges are my biggest influence because I think the environment of tattoo artist is one that should encourage others to always be teaching each other, bettering themselves and improving. 

Why should someone pick you for their next tattoo/to be their artist?
People should choose me as their artist if they enjoy a laid back and open-minded environment. I love drawing and customizing tattoos for people so that they can have just as much artistic freedom in their tattoo and what the envision. I want to make sure we make your ideas come to life.

Anything else you'd like prospective clients to know about you?
​I’m not from Texas. I moved here from Kansas shortly after getting my Fine Arts Degree at Cowley County Community College in Ark City, KS. I’ve enjoyed putting my learned skills at college back into my tattoo work and I’m excited to see where it’ll lead me.
