How long have you been tattooing professionally?
I started tattooing professionally at Tri Star Tattoo in 2008. Since then, I've worked on and off in licensed shops, continuing to refine my craft and grow as an artist over the years.
What inspired you into the art of tattooing?
From an early age, I was fascinated by the combination of art and storytelling. Tattooing allowed me to take that passion and put it onto a living canvas-giving people artwork that holds meaning, memory, or inspiration they carry with them forever. The ability to create something lasting and deeply personal for someone is what truly inspired me.
Tell us about your preferred style of work.
My preferred style leans toward realistic black and grey, with smooth shading and strong detail. I enjoy creating designs that have depth, dimension, and emotion-whether that's portraits, religious themes, biomechanical elements, or fantasy-inspired pieces.
What other styles are you known for?
In addition to realism, I'm also known for biomechanical work, floral designs, fantasy storytelling pieces (like knights, dragons, and castles), and large-scale compositions such as sleeves and back pieces. I often combine multiple styles to create a cohesive flow that wraps naturally with the body.
What inspires you as an artist?
I'm inspired by storytelling, symbolism, and the challenge of creating art that feels alive on the skin. Nature, mythology, personal stories from clients, and the craftsmanship of traditional tattooing all push me to constantly grow and experiment.
Why should someone pick you for their next tattoo/to be their artist?
I take pride in not only the technical execution of a tattoo, but also in listening carefully to each client's vision and translating it into a piece that fits their story and body perfectly. My focus is on detail, flow, and longevity-making sure the tattoo looks just as strong years later as the day it's done. Clients choose me because I'm committed to creating something original, meaningful, and built with care.
Anything else you'd like prospective clients to know about you?
Tattooing is more than just artwork for me—it's a collaboration with the client. I aim to make every person feel comfortable, understood, and excited about the process. Whether it's a small meaningful piece or a large-scale project, I approach every tattoo with the same dedication to detail and professionalism.
