How long have you been tattooing professionally (in a licensed shop)?
I have been tattooing professionally for 2 years.

What inspired you into the art of tattooing?
My tattoo artist I had in El Paso is what inspired me to start tattooing. She helped me put together a portfolio and gave me the confidence to walk into a tattoo shop and ask for an apprenticeship. I’ve always wanted to better my art and expand my knowledge of tattooing. Becoming an apprentice allowed me to do both in so many ways I didn’t know I could. After a year of constant drawing, tattooing, sleepless nights and surrounding myself with better artists and tattooers I was able to progress into tattoo artist. Now I’m throwing myself into realism, Neo traditional tattoos and almost any style that comes through the door but with my twist. I always have flash, bigger designs, and realism deals available at all times for regular clients and new clients!

Tell us about the preferred style of your work?
I want to specialize in Realism and Neo traditional tattoos. With that being said I always have some portfolio deals available for anyone interested! I’m always looking for a challenge and a client who will let me!

What other styles are you known for?
I’m mostly known for my realism tattoos!

What inspires you as an artist?
What inspires me as an artist is being able to better my skills in drawing, tattooing and my clients. I’ve been drawing all of my life. What inspires me the most is Watching artists who are better than me thrive when they’re taking on new challenges and big projects both on skin and on paper. Seeing their skills allows me to see how I can improve and where I can be as long as I keep setting goals and reaching those goals.

Why should someone pick you for their next tattoo/to be their artist?
Someone should choose me to be their next artist because I’m going to do my best to provide the customer with a better experience and artwork than they imagined. I work with my clients to ensure they get the tattoo that they want that will last forever. I also make it a point to work within my clients budgets. Tattoos are a luxury but with that being said, everyone deserves a luxury within their budget. Keeping that in mind I do have a minimum of $100 to ensure no one takes advantage of my skills.

Anything else you'd like for prospective clients to know about you?
I always have good portfolio deals available to build up my portfolio and learn new styles. If you like my style, or a tattoo style you haven’t seen me do but want to choose me as your artist, don’t be afraid to reach out and see if the tattoo would make a good portfolio deal! Or come in for a free consultation to get a quote and work out what can be done! The end goal is to be a versatile tattoo artist that can essentially do one of everything.
